Again Mr. Gibbings has given us an enchantingly lovely book, a warmly human reflection of the Irish scene, that people, nature at its most beguiling, and legend and history, fact and fiction, past and present interwoven, as in dialogue and narrative, he tells the story of his journeyings and the stories told him throughout the district.
